- Once an advertisement is booked, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- The placement of advertisements, including page allocation, is subject to availability and the discretion of the company. While every effort will be made to accommodate client preferences, the final decision rests with the company.
- No refunds will be provided once the advertisement booking is confirmed and payment is made.
- Any disputes arising in relation to the advertisement booking, payment, or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the content provided for the advertisement complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The company reserves the right to refuse or modify any content that it deems inappropriate or non-compliant.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking. The advertisement will only be processed upon receipt of the payment.
- Any amendments to the booked advertisement must be requested in writing and are subject to approval by the company. Additional charges may apply for approved changes.
- The company shall not be held liable for delays or failure in executing the advertisement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
- By confirming the booking and making the payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
